We have a new stall Nonsuch Shrooms, selling delicious ‘exotic’ mushrooms like shitake, enyoki (king trumpet oyster), beech oyster and more dependent on what has ‘pinned’. Ian is an experienced chef and so can give you plenty of ideas on how to use and cook them.

Jerry’s cooked pork sausages in a French stick are delicious for a late breakfast or lunch. You can also buy his home produced meat and smoked fish products from Tillingbourne Farm. I know he will be making the sausages tomorrow. Come and chat to him and Glorya.
