‘Sausage tasting, Guess the flavour’: 10.30am – 12.00pm
We will be running sausage tastings though out the morning and we challenge you to guess the flavours. Sausages will be from Mill Farm Organics, Hunts Hill Farm, White Lodge Farm and Harvey’s Poultry.
Jerry and Glorya from Tillingbourne Trout will be bringing some new charcuterie style smoked products:
Cured and smoked pork belly in thin slices
Whole smoked chickens & chicken portions
Sliced Smoked pork and beef sausages to eat cold like salami
Smoked pork tenderloin slices
All can be used in salads, sandwiches and tapas etc. They will also have their range of smoked fish.
All our regular producers and stallholders will be there.
The reward card draw took place on the 20th June, prizes of £50 Nicky Williamson, £30 Holly Day & £20 Madeleine Fountain. The next draw will take end of October.
